ITINERARY
Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport - Arusha City
Our guider will pick you up from the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). From here you will be driven to Hotel in Arusha and briefed on your upcoming Tanzania safari. Enjoy a restful night before beginning your adventure tomorrow!
Arusha, also known as “A” Town by the locals, is situated at the foot of Mount Meru, Africa’s 5th highest mountain. The altitude gives the city a pleasant climate and lush green environment. Arusha is not a particularly attractive city in itself and is regarded by many visitors as little more than a necessary stopover before their safari starts in earnest. However, the natural charm of the Tanzanians and the buzz of a fast-growing city mean that Arusha has plenty to offer for those who are prepared to see beyond their air-conditioned safari trucks and satellite-TV equipped hotel rooms. where you will be prepared for your Tanzania safari
Day 2: Arusha City - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you will start your Tanzania safari where we’ll drive to Ngorongoro Crater for full day game viewing in the evening drive to the lodge for evening leisure and overnight. This is an extensive highland area along the eastern arm of the Great Rift Valley, with the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. It is not a national park in the strict sense of the word but was rather established to conserve wildlife and other natural resources. Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Serengeti National Park (central)
After breakfast, your Tanzania safari will set off for Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch, and game drives en route, afternoon game in Serengeti Central Part.Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. Day 4&5: Serengeti National Park (Central - Full Day)
After breakfast, your Tanzania safari will be heading to north of Serengeti for a game drive in the wilderness tracking the Great migration trails.Witness a million wildebeests, each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfilling its instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life: a frenzied three-week bout of territorial conquests and mating; survival of the fittest as 40km (25 miles) long columns plunge through crocodile-infested waters on the annual exodus north. i this to days you will get the ecxact picture and gain more experience and knowldege about your Tanzania safari.
Day 6: Full day in North Serengeti
Start your Tanzania safari and Spend a full day in north Serengeti mostly exploring the Migration (There’s an option of doing a Hot Air Balloon at this area for additional cost.)
Serengeti National Park, Resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with prides of lion up to 30 strong, however, from July to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later.
