ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival & Ngorongoro Crater
On the first day, you will depart from your hotel in Arusha and begin your drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying the scenic journey through the highlands. Upon arrival, you will descend into the Crater for an exciting game drive. The Crater is home to diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, and rhinos, making it a perfect location for your first safari experience. After your game drive, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay, ready to continue your adventure the next day.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park. The drive offers picturesque views as you approach the vast Serengeti plains, where you’ll enjoy the first of your thrilling game drives. Serengeti is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests, and depending on the time of year, you may even witness the famous Great Migration. After a day of exploring, you’ll return to your lodge or camp for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti Game Drive & Return to Arusha
On your final day, you’ll begin with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, when wildlife is most active, offering the best chances to see predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. After the morning game drive, you’ll return to your lodge or camp for lunch before starting your journey back to Arusha. The scenic drive back gives you the chance to reflect on the incredible experiences of your safari. You will arrive in Arusha by the late afternoon or evening, marking the end of your 3-day safari.
